Coming up on this evening we are joined by Tai Tsung Kung Fu! instuctor Richard who is coming along to provide us with a fun class to help gain/build self confidence.He will talk more about tradional Kung Fu,Chinese Boxing and help develop self awareness.Following on for the class we will end the session with a talk through meditation or for beginners there will be visual ambient mood waves and lighting.
